* Opened or used devices, pods, or coils
* Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
